Good Shepherd Home Care is an adult assisted, live-in facility for the elderly 60 years old and over.  Located in Riverside, California, we are licensed to care ambulatory, non-ambulatory, dementia and hospice. We offer a homely environment for the retired senior who is no longer able to live alone, but does not need the degree of care of a convalescent hospital. It is our desire to provide a beautiful and loving environment for the residents, encourage them to maintain and develop their fullest potential for independent living through participation in planned activities, and to promote health and wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Days and Hours of Operation

The facility is managed by a well-trained staff and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our visiting hours are between 9am and 7pm. Family members are encouraged to visit any time at their convenience.

Music, current events and news, games, arts & crafts, books, movies, magazines, exercise, dance and outdoor activities.

Basic Services

• Continuous care and supervision
• Observation for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning
• Notification to resident's family, physician and other appropriate persons
• Hospice lodging, single room or shared room
• Medication Management and Pharmacy Services
• Three nutritious meals daily and snacks; special diets if prescribed by a doctor
• Plan, arrange, and/or provide for transportation to medical and dental appointments
• Assistance in bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and personal grooming
• Cable TV and Utilities
